保德南部区选煤厂分选系统优化改造 被引量:14

摘要 为了扩大国内外市场,强化"神华煤炭"的品牌效应,实现选煤厂经济效益的提升,对产品结构提出了新要求,需要对选煤厂分选工艺进行改造。首先,分析了当前的分选工艺,指出了保德选煤厂目前存在的问题;其次,通过分析煤质资料和现有分选工艺,探讨了多种分选方式,通过技术经济比较,提出了工艺改造新方案,即200~50 mm块煤采用重介浅槽分选,50~0.5 mm末煤采用超级无压三产品旋流器分选。结果表明,改造后末煤系统采用超级无压三产品旋流器分选,末煤系统处理能力高、煤泥产生量少,简化了系统,且选煤厂每年产出83万t炼焦配煤产品,销售收入增加约11080万元/a,提升了经济效益,最终实现了提质增效的目的,为类似选煤厂提供了改造依据。 In order to expand the domestic and foreign markets,strengthen the brand effect of"Shenhua Coal"and realize the improvement of the economic benefits of Baode Coal preparation Plant,new requirements are put forward for the product structure,and the washing process of coal preparation plant needs to be reformed.Firstly,the allthors analyzes the current washing process and points out the problems existing in Baode Coal Preparation Plant.Secondly,through analysing the raw coal quality data and the existing washing process,we discuss several washing methods,at the same time,make technical and economic comparison,a new plan for process transformation is put forward,that is,200~50 mm block coal is washed by heavy medium shallow slot,and 50~0.5 mm coal is washed by super pressure-free threeproduct cyclone.The results show that the final coal system after the transformation adopts super pressure-free three-product cyclone washing,the final coal system has high processing capacity,and the amount of coal mud production is small,which simplifies the system.Each year the coal processing plants will produce 830,000 tons of coking coal products,and sales revenue will be increased by about 11.08 million yuan per year,which will truely improve the product quality and increase the economic benefits,and which will provide a reference for the similar coal preparation plant.
