新疆准东德士古气化炉炉渣特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 为分析气化炉渣的化学组成、矿物成分及显微结构构造等特征,以新疆准东中低变质程度煤在德士古气化炉产生的炉渣为主要研究对象,采用光薄片鉴定、电子探针扫描电子显微镜分析(EPMA)、X-衍射分析、核磁共振波谱分析、电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)等技术手段,全面分析研究样品的化学成分、矿物组成及显微结构构造。研究结果表明:新疆准东德士古气化炉渣主要的化学成分为SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、CaO及残余碳;样品的岩相组成主要为残炭及微量石英和方解石,残炭可见清晰的细胞腔结构:样品渣样分布不均、疏松多孔,残炭含量较高,不适宜制作混凝土和水泥。 In order to analyze the chemical composition,mineral composition and microstructure of gasifier slag,the slag produced by Xinjiang Zhundong medium-low metamorphic coal in Texaco gasifier was taken as the main research object,and the chemical composition,mineral composition and microstructure of the samples were comprehensively analyzed and studied by means of optical thin section identification,electron probe scanning electron microscopy(EPMA),X-ray diffraction analysis,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and other technical means.The results show that the main chemical compositions of the slag from the Texaco gasifier in eastern Junggar Area,Xinjiang are SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,CaO and residual carbon.The petrographic composition of the sample is mainly carbon residue and trace amounts of quartz and calcite.The carbon residue shows clear cell cavity structure:the sample residue is unevenly distributed,loose and porous,with high carbon residue content,which is not suitable for making concrete and cement.
