近年来在相关国家政策的引导和激励下,煤矿智能化建设和煤炭企业数字化转型取得了显著成效,数字化基础设施建设提速,数字化管理水平明显提升,数据要素价值开始释放,但数字手段仍然未能与煤炭行业深度融合,制约了煤炭行业数字经济的进一步发展。随着《数字中国建设整体布局规划》战略的不断推进,数字经济将会得以蓬勃发展,煤炭行业作为传统能源领域的重要组成部分,数字化水平仍处于初级阶段,亟待深刻的数字化变革。分析了煤矿智能化建设和煤炭行业数字化发展的成就和现状,剖析了制约煤炭行业数字化变革向纵深发展的主要因素,提出了煤炭行业新质生产力发展建议,并阐述了煤炭行业数字经济高质量发展的思路。

In recent years,under the guidance and incentive of relevant national policies,the intelligent construction of coal mines and the digital transformation of coal enterprises have achieved remarkable results,the construction of digital infrastructure have been accelerated,the digital managements have been significantly improved,and the value of data elements has begun to be released,but the digital means have still failed to deeply integrate with the coal industry,restricting the further development of the digital economy of the coal industry.With the continuous advancement of the strategy of the Overall Layout Plan for the construction of Digital China,the digital economy will be able to flourish.The digital level of the coal industry,as an important part of the traditional energy field,is still in its initial stage and needs profound digital reform.This paper analyzes the achievements and status of the intelligent construction of coal mines and the digital development of the coal industry,analyzes the main factors restricting the in-depth development of the digital transformation of the coal industry,and puts forward suggestions for the development of new quality productive forces in the coal industry,and elaborated on the high-quality development ideas of digital economy in the coal industry.
