基于DEA-Malmquist模型的电力上市公司新质生产力分析

New quality productivity analysis of listed electric power companies based on DEA-Malmquist model

摘要 新质生产力对于实现我国高质量发展具有重大战略意义,通过聚焦低碳转型重要行业-电力行业,选取具有代表性的A股上市的电力公司2021—2023年数据做新质生产力发展效率分析。构建了符合新质生产力评估逻辑的投入产出要素,使用DEA-Malmquist效率指数模型对决策单元进行效率分析。研究发现,电力上市公司新质生产力发展效率方差较大,呈梯度分布,且具有区位效应;各企业生产技术能够满足日常生产经营需要而基本不出现生产工艺不匹配问题,头部公司纯技术效率值更高但规模报酬效应难以大幅突破,但较少出现生产资源浪费问题。基于此,从区域协同、技术进步和创新投入等方面提出相关建议。 New quality productivity is of great strategic significance for the realization of high-quality development in China.By focusing on the power industry,an important industry of low-carbon transformation,we selected 2021-2023 data of representative A-share listed power companies to analyze the development efficiency of new quality productivity.The input-output factors conforming to the logic of productivity evaluation are constructed,and the DEA-Malmquist efficiency index model is used to analyze the efficiency of DMU.It is found that the variance of the development efficiency of the new quality productivity of the listed electric power companies is large,with gradient distribution and location effect.The production technology of each enterprise can meet the daily production and operation needs and basically does not appear the production process mismatch problem,the pure technical efficiency of the head company is higher,but the return to scale effect is difficult to break through significantly,but there is less waste of production resources.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of regional collaboration,technological progress and innovation input.
