煤炭企业“多言少行”的环境责任表现对求职者吸引力的影响研究

Research on the influence of environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"on the attractiveness of job applicants

不良环境责任表现是降低煤炭企业吸引力的原因之一。为明确煤炭企业“多言少行”的环境责任表现对求职者吸引力的作用机制,以绿色形象感知为中介变量、绿色意识为调节变量,建立1个有调节的中介模型,并使用SPSS和AMOS对实验数据进行分析。结果表明:煤炭企业“多言少行”的环境责任表现对求职者吸引力有显著的负向影响;绿色形象感知在煤炭企业“多言少行”的环境责任表现和求职者吸引力之间发挥中介作用;绿色意识在煤炭企业“多言少行”的环境责任表现和绿色形象感知之间发挥调节作用,即绿色意识越强,煤炭企业“多言少行”的环境责任表现对绿色形象感知的负向影响越强。

Poor environmental responsibility performance is one of the reasons that reduce the attractiveness of coal enterprises.In order to clarify the mechanism of the environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"on the attractiveness of job applicants,a moderated mediation model was constructed with green image perception as the mediating variable and green consciousness as the moderating variable.SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze the experimental data,and the results showed that:environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"has a significant negative impact on the attractiveness of job applicants;Green image perception plays an mediating role between environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"and job applicants'attractiveness;Green consciousness plays a moderating role between environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"and green image perception,that is,the stronger the green consciousness,the stronger the negative impact of environmental responsibility performance of coal enterprises with"more words than deeds"on green image perception.
