全球能源新格局下中俄能源贸易现状与问题研究

Research on the current situation and problems of energy trade between China and Russia under the new global energy pattern

当前全球地缘冲突问题频发,全球能源格局产生巨大变化,俄罗斯逐渐将能源市场由欧洲向亚太转移,中国的经济发展也同时突显出能源的短缺问题,因而合理解决中国经济增长的能源诉求,是中国稳步发展的关键。近些年虽中俄两国能源贸易规模不断扩大,但在贸易过程中依旧存在着国际势力干预、能源基础设施建设薄弱、政治互信有待提高、能源价格分歧等问题。结合当前全球区域热点问题,通过文献分析法,对中国与俄罗斯两国当前能源现状及双边贸易问题进行归纳总结,结合两国能源行业现状提出现存问题,并给出对策建议。未来应强化能源基础设施建设,持续加强政治互信以及解决中俄两国能源价格分岐,从而中俄两国的能源贸易合作将会以全方位、多领域方式实现双赢。

At present,the global geopolitical conflicts are frequent,the global energy pattern has undergone great changes,and Russia has gradually transferred the energy market from Europe to the Asia-Pacific.At the same time,China's rapid development has also highlighted the problem of energy shortage,and a reasonable solution to China's rapidly growing energy demands is the key to China's steady development.n recent years,although the scale of energy trade between China and Russia continues to expand,there are still some problems in the trade process such as international interference,weak energy infrastructure construction,political mutual trust to be improved,and energy price divergence.Based on the current global regional hot issues and literature analysis,this paper summarizes the current energy situation and bilateral trade problems of China and Russia,puts forward existing problems and gives countermeasures and suggestions based on the current situation of the energy industry of the two countries.In the future,we should strengthen the construction of energy infrastructure,continuously enhance political mutual trust,and resolve the energy price differences between China and Russia.Therefore,the energy trade cooperation between China and Russia will achieve a win-win situation in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary manner.
