摘要
煤矿智能化是煤炭企业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,在智能化建设背景条件下,数智赋能传统产业,大型煤炭企业的管控模式需要深度变革,以山东能源集团有限公司为例,介绍了区域整合、业务协同、顶层设计、示范引领等方面开展的探索与实践,对下一步企业管控模式持续创新进行思考,提出智能化背景下大型煤炭企业管控模式转型变革的发展方向。大型煤炭企业需根据综合智能化发展程度和企业自身情况进行管控模式的合理优化调整,深度转变管理思维和开展组织管理构架变革,优化管理决策过程及大幅提升管理效率。
The intelligentization of coal mines is the core technical support for the high-quality development of coal enterprises.Under the background of intelligent construction,digital intelligence empowers traditional industries,and the control mode of large coal enterprises needs to be deeply transformed.Taking Shandong Energy Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,this article introduces the exploration and practice of regional integration,business collaboration,top-level design,demonstration and leadership,and reflects on the continuous innovation and improvement of enterprise control mode in the next step.The development direction of transformation and transformation of control mode in large coal enterprises under the background of intelligentization is proposed.Large coal enterprises need to optimize and adjust their control modes based on the level of comprehensive intelligence development and their own situation,deeply transform their management thinking and carry out organizational management structure changes,optimize the management decision-making process,and significantly improve management efficiency.Constructing a measurement system for ecological compensation costs of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province from three levels:defining the measurement scope,dividing the measurement basis,and selecting measurement methods has certain research value.
