数字煤炭背景下井工煤矿智能化管控模式及效益

摘要 煤炭行业信息化发展已进入数字化与智能化协同发展的数字煤炭阶段。通过梳理井工煤矿管控模式发展历程,基于数字煤炭背景下,将井工煤矿智能化管控划分为3个阶段,即智能化管控初级阶段、中级和高级阶段。阐述了井工煤矿智能化管控不同阶段的组织与管理模式、生产运行驱动逻辑、数字技术应用深度、治理理念和煤矿职工角色转变等方面的特征,从经济效益、安全效益、生产效益和社会效益4个方面出发,初步构建了井工煤矿智能化效益评价指标系统。为进一步推进井工煤矿智能化发展,指出未来重点发展的5个方向,从而为数字煤炭背景下煤矿智能化建设与发展探索了新的模式,并为煤炭行业高质量发展提供有力支撑。 The informatization development of the coalindustry has entered the digital coal stage of coordinated development of digitalization and intelligence.By sorting out the development process of the management and control mode of mining industry and coal mine,this paper puts forward the division of intelligent management and control stages under the background of digital coal industry,and divides intelligent management and control of mining industry and coal mine into three stages,namely the primary stage,the intermediate stage and the advanced stage.This paper elaborates the characteristics of organization and management mode,production and operation driving logic,digital technology application depth,management concept and role change of coal mine workers in different stages of intelligent management and control.In this paper,from the four aspects of economic benefit,safety benefit,production benefit and social benefit,the intelligent benefit evaluation index system of coal mine is initially constructed.In order to further promote the intelligent development of mining and mining,this paper points out five key development directions in the future.It explores a new model for the intelligent construction and development of coal mines under the background of digital coal industry,and provides strong support for the high-quality development of the coal industry.
