“双碳”目标下煤基固废高值化处理与综合利用研究

摘要 煤基固废问题在实现“双碳”目标的大环境下,成为不可忽视的挑战,长期堆放占用土地资源并污染生态系统,迫切需要高值化处理和综合利用。首先,通过详尽分析煤基固废来源和属性,强调了在“双碳”目标下采取积极行动的必要性。其次,利用SWOT分析揭示了影响煤基固废高值化处理的内外部因素,为制定有效战略提供基础。再次,提出了煤基固废综合利用路径,通过资源最大限度的综合利用,减少环境影响。最后,通过提出技术创新、政策支持、产业合作等对策建议,推动煤基固废处理和综合利用在“双碳”目标下可持续发展。研究成果为科学应对煤基固废管理挑战提供依据,促使能源产业向高质量发展方向转变。 The challenge of coal-based solid waste cannot be ignored in achieving the“dual-carbon”goal.Long-term stockpiles occupy land resources and pollute ecosystems,requiring high-value treatment and comprehensive utilization.Firstly,this paper details the sources and attributes of coal-based solid waste,emphasizing the necessity of taking positive actions under the“dual-carbon”target.A SWOT analysis is conducted to identify the internal and external factors affecting the high-value treatment of coal-based solid waste,providing a basis for developing an effective strategy.Subsequently,a comprehensive utilization path for coal-based solid waste is proposed to reduce environmental impacts by maximizing the use of resources.Finally,by putting forward suggestions and countermeasures such as technological innovation,policy support,and industrial cooperation,promote the sustainable development of coal-based solid waste treatment and comprehensive utilization under the“double carbon”goal.This study aims to provide a scientific basis for solutions to coal-based solid waste management challenges and facilitate the energy industry’s transformation towards high-quality development.
