Influence of traditional energy enterprise governance structure and technological innovation on enterprise performance

以2011—2021年我国A股传统能源行业上市公司为研究样本,探讨传统能源上市公司治理结构、技术创新对企业绩效的影响。研究发现,公司治理结构水平对企业绩效具有显著的正向影响,并且技术创新在公司治理和企业绩效之间存在中介效应。传统能源上市公司可以通过提升公司治理结构水平和技术创新能力来提高企业绩效,从而实现绿色转型升级和持续发展。

Takes A-share listed companies of China in the traditional energy industry from 2011 to 2021 as research samples to explore the impact of governance structure and technological innovation on enterprise performance of traditional energy listed companies.It is found that the level of corporate governance structure has significant positive impact on enterprise performance.Technological innovation has mediating effect between corporate governance and enterprise performance.Traditional energy listed companies can improve enterprise performance by improving the level of corporate governance structure and technological innovation ability to achieve transformation,upgrading and sustainable development.
