“双碳”背景下的矿区生态保护修复

摘要 通过研究我国矿区生态保护修复案例,运用文献研究、案例分析、综合分析法,利用ArcGIS软件,以省域为单元,计算全国年碳排放量数据,并构建生态系统服务和权衡的综合评估模型,直观体现并论证生态修复对生态环境质量的改善效果。结果表明:矿区破坏会造成碳库损毁,保护修复工作对于整体生态环境质量的提升起到关键性作用。因此,通过边采边复、植被重建、土壤重构等工程措施,从“资源-资产-资本”视角,以推行市场化运作、科学化治理的模式,积极探索矿山生态修复,对恢复矿山生态系统,巩固和发展碳汇起着积极作用,是实现矿区绿色低碳发展的有效路径。 By researching the cases of ecological protection and restoration in mining areas of our country,using literature research,case analysis and comprehensive analysis method,ArcGIS software was used to calculate the national annual carbon emission data by using the provincial area as the unit,and a comprehensive assessment model of ecosystem services and trade-off was constructed.The improvement effect of ecological restoration on ecological environment quality was intuitively demonstrated.The results show that the destruction of mining area will lead to the destruction of carbon pool,and the conservation and restoration work plays a key role in improving the overall habitat quality.Therefore,through engineering measures such as mining and restoration,vegetation reconstruction and soil reconstruction,from the perspective of“resource-asset-capital”,to promote market-oriented operation and scientific management mode,and actively explore mine ecological restoration,which plays a positive role in restoring mine ecosystem,consolidating and developing carbon sink,and is an effective path to realize green and low-carbon development of mining areas.
