按照ALM模型的框架,对智慧煤矿技能型人才培养进行探究,以智慧煤矿的专业技能型人才培养为中心点,按照机器参与程度从两个维度划分出五类技能型岗位,构建智慧煤矿技能型人才培养体系,并以此为依据提出智慧煤矿技能型人才针对性培养路径,意在构建一个完整的、成体系的、可行性高的技能型人才培养模式,为煤炭企业智慧化发展提供建议和参考。

According to the framework of ALM model,this paper explores the cultivation of skilled talents in smart coal mine,takes the cultivation of professional skilled talents in smart coal mine as the central point,divides five types of skilled posts from two dimensions according to the degree of machine participation,constructs the cultivation system of skilled talents in smart coal mine,and puts forward the targeted cultivation path of skilled talents in smart coal mine,It is intended to build a complete,systematic and highly skilled training mode for skilled personnel,so as to provide suggestions and references for the intelligent development of coal enterprises.
