黄河流域能源-经济-环境协同发展的实证研究

An empirical study on the coordinated development of energy,economy and environment in the Yellow River Basin

能源-经济-环境协同发展是破解资源稀缺难题、改善生态环境和实现经济可持续高质量发展的关键途径。构建能源-经济-环境指标体系,基于黄河流域9省(区)的面板数据,实证研究了黄河流域能源、经济与环境三系统的发展状况、协调关系及其关联度。结果表明:①各子系统发展水平小幅波动频繁,总体保持较为稳定的发展状态,但区域差异明显;②各省(区)的能源-经济-环境系统的耦合度均较高,耦合协调度则普遍偏低,多处于低水平耦合的发展阶段,但整体呈现提升优化趋势;③环境因素与系统耦合协调度的关联性最强,能源与经济子系统次之。为进一步促进黄河流域能源-经济-环境协同发展,我国需要制定差异化发展战略,促进区域内要素流通与汇聚,重视生态文明常态化建设。

The coordinated development of energy-economy-environment is a key way to solve the problem of scarcity of resources,improve the ecological environment and achieve sustainable and high-quality economic development.Constructing an energy-economy-environment index system,based on panel data of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin,the development status,coordination relationship and correlation of the three systems of energy,economy and environment in the Yellow River Basin were studied empirically.The results showed:①The development level of each subsystem fluctuates slightly and frequently,and the overall development status is relatively stable,but the regional differences are obvious.②The energy-economy-environment system of each province has a high degree of coupling,while the degree of coupling coordination is generally low,mostly in the development stage of low-level coupling,but the overall trend is improving and optimization.③Environmental factors have the strongest correlation with the degree of system coupling and coordination,followed by energy and economic subsystems.In order to further promote the coordinated development of energy-economy-environment in the Yellow River Basin,my country needs to formulate a differentiated development strategy,promote the circulation and convergence of elements in the region,and attach importance to the normalization of ecological civilization.
