摘要
深入剖析了智慧矿山建设的政策和技术现状,分析了智慧矿山建设存在的概念不清、规划质量不高、信息鸿沟明显和技术储备不足等问题,提出分三步走的智慧矿山高质量发展实现路径。第一阶段开展智慧矿山基础设施建设;第二阶段开展深度的智慧矿山系统与数据融合;第三智慧矿山成熟发展阶段,打造以信息服务为核心的创新发展模式,实现产业结构的升级改造,建立以知识、信息、人才为驱动的矿山高质量作用发展模式。此外,还针对如何实现高质量发展提出了政策建议。
The policy and technology status of intelligent mine construction are analyzed,the problems of unclear concept,poor planning quality,obvious information gap and insufficient technology reserve are analyzed,and the realization path of high-quality development of intelligent mine in three steps is put forward.The first phase is to carry out smart mine infrastructure construction;the second phase is to carry out in-depth smart mine system and data fusion;the third stage of smart mine development is to create an innovative development model with information services as the core,upgrade the industrial structure,and establish a high-quality development model driven by knowledge,information and talent.In addition,policy recommendations were made on how to achieve high-quality development.
