摘要
高校“形势与政策”课程的学习成果评价是个难题。“形势与政策”课程学习成果的内涵包括人文社科常识、时势分析技能、调查分析能力及“四个自信”价值观等四个方面。美国“本科学生学习有效评估项目”的学习成果描述、评价技术、评价标准以及评价流程等对“形势与政策”课程评价具有借鉴性。开展高校“形势与政策”的学习成果评价,要有明确的评价标准,要进行教师课堂作业设计培训,要建设开放的网络平台,要及时公布学生学习成果评价数据。
Evaluating the learning outcomes of Situation And Policy in universities are a big problem.The connotation of learning outcomes of Situation And Policy involves the four aspects as follows:the common sense of humanities&social sciences,the analysis skills of the current situation,the ability of investigation and analysis,and the value of four self-confidence,etc.The description of learning outcomes,evaluation technique,evaluation criterion,evaluation procedure from the"Effective Assessment of Undergraduate’Student Learning"Project in the United States can be used as a reference.To carry out evaluating the learning outcomes of Situation And Policy needs to have clear evaluation standards,to train the homework design of curriculum for the teachers,to establish the an open network platform,and to publish the assessment data of the learning outcomes of Situation And Policy in time.
