Exploration of Innovative Talent Training System for Safety Science and Engineering

摘要 随着社会经济快速发展,我国公共安全、应急、职业健康等大安全领域的人才和科技需求急剧增加。高校传统的安全科学与工程学科人才培养存在着与思政教育融合不深、不契合国家和企业重大需求导向、忽视工程实践创新能力等问题,已无法适应和满足社会需求。中国矿业大学安全工程专业以系统化的“安全+思政”为引领,树立了特色鲜明的“四协同”人才培养理念,构建了“五化合一”的创新人才培养模式,取得了较好的效果。 With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for talents and science-andtechnology in the field of public safety,emergency,occupational health and other big safety in our country increases dramatically.The traditional personnel training of safety science and engineering in colleges and universities has problems such as insufficient integration with ideological and political education,not conforming to the major needs of the country and enterprises,and ignoring the ability to innovate engineering practice,which has been unable to adapt to and meet the needs of society.Guided by the whole-process"safety+ideological and political",the School of Safety Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology has established a distinctive"four coordination"talent training concept,and constructed an innovative talent training mode of"five combination and one",which has achieved good results.
