循证教育学理论与师范生教学能力提升研究 被引量:2

Application and Exploration of Evidence-based Pedagogy Theory in Teaching Ability Improvement of Normal University Students

摘要 循证教育学的兴起肇始于循证医学的蓬勃发展,是基于有效的最好证据进行教育政策制定与教育实践的一种哲学,是在教学过程中将最佳证据与专业智慧高效整合的一种决策。循证教育学理论依据5A实践步骤,有效整合研究者、教育者、受教育者与管理者四方主体,构成了提供最佳证据、实施教育决策、参与教育决策和统筹调和的教育闭环。完善师范生教学能力提升课程设计与理论研究,构建适切的师范生教育实践体系,科学建立一线教师实践数据库是循证教育学视域下师范生教学能力提升的有效手段。 The emergence of evidence-based pedagogy originated from the vigorous development of evidence-based medicine.It is a philosophy of educational policy making and educational practice based on the best effective evidence,as well as a decision making that integrates the best evidence and professional wisdom efficiently in the teaching process.Evidence-based pedagogy theory is based on the 5 A practical steps,which effectively integrates researchers,educators,those being educated and administrators,forming an educational closed-loop that provides the best evidence,implements educational decision-making,participates in educational decision-making,and coordinates and harmonize education.From the perspective of evidence-based pedagogy,the effective measures to improve the teaching ability of normal university students include:improve the curriculum design and theoretical research on the improvement of the teaching ability of normal university students,constructing an appropriate education practice system for normal university students,and establishing a scientific database of front-line teachers’practice.
