高校教师线上教学手段的选择及应用效果研究——以C大学为例

Research on the Selection and Application Effect of Online Teaching Methods for College Teachers:Take C University as an Example

线上教学手段的选择是决定线上教学质量的关键。以C大学为例,通过统计数据及相关系数探究高校教师教学手段选择与教师教学理念、教学方法及教师教学期望间的联系。一方面分析这三个维度与线上教学手段选择的关系;另一方面比较C大学三大学科门类教师的教学期望,分析线上教学手段选择的倾向与相关因素的关系,并对相应教学手段的应用效果予以分析。研究发现:教师技术使用培训日常化,学生自主学习意识与能力的塑造与增强可视为提升线上教学手段应用效果的突破口。

The choice of online teaching methods is the key to the quality of online teaching.Taking University C as an example,this paper explores the relationship between the selection of college teachers’teaching methods and teaching philosophy,teaching methods and teachers’teaching expectations through statistical data and correlation coefficients.On the one hand,the teaching expectations of the teachers of the three major disciplines in University Care compared Also analyzed are the relationship between the tendency of choosing online teaching methods and related factors and the application effect of corresponding teaching methods.
