我国研究生教育中师生关系的异化及其重构——基于学术资本主义理论的分析 被引量:2

The Alienation and Reconstruction of Teacher-student Relations in Graduate Education in China:Analysis Based on the Theory of Academic Capitalism

摘要 师生关系是影响研究生教育质量的重要因素。当前我国研究生教育中师生关系出现系列异化现象:由导学关系异化为"放任"关系,由合作关系异化为雇佣关系,由民主平等关系异化为从属关系,等等。基于学术资本主义理论的分析,师生关系异化现象与学术资本主义的影响息息相关。重构研究生教育中的和谐师生关系,应从回归研究生教育的本真、构建师生交往的健康桥梁、建立研究生与导师平等对话机制等方面进行改革和努力。 The teacher-student relationship is an important factor affecting the quality of graduate education.At present,there are a series of alienation phenomena in the teacher-student relationship in China’s graduate education:the guidance-learning relationship is alienated to"laissez-faire,"the relationship of cooperation to employment,the relationship of democracy and equality to subordination.Based on the analysis of academic capitalism theory,the alienation of teacher-student relationship is closely related to the influence of academic capitalism.To reconstruct the harmonious teacher-student relationship in graduate education,we should return to the nature of graduate education,build a healthy bridge of teacher-student communication,and establish an equal dialogue mechanism between graduate students and tutors.
