The Only Way for the Development of Archival Public Service:The Necessity,Feasibility and Realization Path of Archival Information Resource Sharing

档案信息资源共享是数字时代我国档案公共服务发展的必由之路。文章通过研究生讨论的形式,明晰档案信息资源共享的核心要义;从满足公众的档案信息需求和创新档案部门服务方式等视角,探讨档案信息资源共享的必要性;从国家政策、新技术发展及长三角实践经验等方面,讨论档案信息资源共享的可行性。在此基础上,提出构建档案信息资源共享机制、加强新媒体融合、形成特色档案资源共享体系等一系列建设性方案。

The sharing of archival information resources is the only way for the development of China’s archival public service in the digital era.In the form of graduate forum,this paper clarifies the core essence of archival information resource sharing,discusses the necessity of archival information resources sharing from the perspectives of meeting the public’s archival information demand and innovating the service mode of archival departments,and discusses the feasibility of archival information resource sharing from the support of national policy,new technology development and practical experience of Yangtze River Delta.On this basis,a series of constructive schemes are put forward,such as building a mechanism for archival information resources sharing,strengthening the integration with new media platforms,and building a sharing system for special types of archival information resources.
