长链非编码RNA PlncRNA-1与肿瘤发生发展的相关性

Correlation between long non-coding RNA PlncRNA-1 and tumor development

随着对长链非编码RNA PlncRNA-1研究的深入,逐渐明确了PlncRNA-1在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。在前列腺癌中,PlncRNA-1可以通过雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,Her-2)、转化生长因子-β1(human transforming growth factor beta-1,TGF-β1)、磷酸酯酶与张力蛋白同源物(phosphatase and tensin homolog,PTEN)等途径发挥癌基因作用。在其他癌症中,PlncRNA-1还可以通过调控细胞周期、上皮间充质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)等途径,增强细胞增殖、侵袭、转移能力,抑制细胞凋亡,并且还能够在一定程度上预测肿瘤分期及患者预后。因此,PlncRNA-1有望成为癌症生物标志物和治疗靶标。本文对目前PlncRNA-1在相关癌症中的作用及机制进行综述,讨论其在癌症的发生发展中的重要作用。

With the in-depth research on long non-coding RNA PlncRNA-1,the role of PlncRNA-1in tumors has been gradually clarified.In prostate cancer,PlncRNA-1 can play the role of oncogene through androgen receptor(AR),human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(Her-2),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN),and other pathways.In other cancers,PlncRNA-1 can also enhance cell proliferation,invasion,metastasis and inhibit apoptosis by regulating cell cycle,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),and other pathways.It can also predict tumor stage and patient prognosis to a certain extent.Therefore,PlncRNA-1 is expected to become a cancer biomarker and therapeutic target.This article reviews the current role and mechanism of PlncRNA-1 in related cancers and discusses its important role in the occurrence and development of cancer.
