The aim of this article to help urologists with a better understanding of adolescent varicocele by the interpretation of Chinese pediatric urological surgical consensus on managing adolescent varicocele published in 2020.Consequently,urologists will be able to diagnose varicocele more accurately and choose the appropriate surgical timing and surgical method,aiming to for the increase of the cure rate of varicocele.
