肾上腺节细胞神经瘤3例分析并文献复习

Analysis of 3 Cases of Adrenal Ganglioneuroma and Literature Review

目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的发生和发展过程,帮助临床医生提高术前诊断能力。方法回顾性分析聊城市人民医院于2018年1月至2019年6月收治的3例术后病理证实的肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者的临床资料,包括患者术前CT、MRI等影像检查结果,所有患者均成功行腹腔镜(经腹腔或腹膜后入路)肾上腺切除术。结果病理结果均显示为肾上腺节细胞神经瘤,术后随访118个月,3例患者均无复发及转移。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤为良性肿瘤,腹腔镜手术切除效果较好,术前诊断主要依靠强化CT或MRI,确诊需要术后病理结果的确认。

Objective To investigate the occurrence and development of a rare adrenal tumor and improve the ability of preoperative diagnosis.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 3 patients with adrenal ganglioneuroma,between January 2018 and June 2019,including CT or MRI images.All 3 cases have undergone laparoscopic adrenalectomy by transperitoneal or retroperitoneal approach.Results The pathology reveals ganglioneuroma of the adrenal gland.No recurrence and metastasis,at a follow-up of 1-18 months.Conclusions Adrenal ganglioneuroma is a benign tumor,and laparoscopic resection is safe and effective.Preoperatively diagnosis mainly depends on enhanced-CT or MRI.The final diagnosis relies on pathology.
