随着习近平文化思想的正式提出,我国学界愈发认识到文化的重要性以及文化治理在以中国式现代化推动中华民族伟大复兴的进程中的重大意义。探究文化治理的理论渊源,梳理文化治理在我国的研究历程,明确“文化治理”这一人们进行文化生产、文化传播和文化消费等的一切与精神文化相关的治理活动,考察马克思主义视域下文化治理的实践性、阶级性和人民性特征,尝试提出文化治理应遵循的基本原则,对中国共产党领导中国人民推进我国文化治理体系和文化治理能力现代化具有重要意义。

With the formal proposal of Xi Jinping's cultural thought,Chinese academic circles have increasingly recognized the importance of culture and the great significance of cultural governance in the process of embracing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through a Chinese path to modernization.It is of great significance to explore the theory origin of cultural governance,comb cultural governance in our country,clear“cultural governance”which the people conduct all governance activities related to spiritual culture such as cultural production,communication and consumption,examine the practical,class and people-oriented characteristics of cultural governance under Marxist vision,try to put forward the basic principles which cultural governance should follow,for the communist party of China to lead the Chinese people to promote the modernization of cultural management system and ability.
