先秦儒家义利观视域下的共同富裕研究

A Study of Common Prosperity from the Perspective of the Pre Qin Confucianists'View of Justice and Benefit

“义利之辨”历来是儒家的核心论题之一。先秦儒家没有将义与利看作是简单的对立或取舍关系,儒家义利观归根结底体现为一种“义以为上”,义即是为利之获取而设置的道德规范和政治原则。儒家义利观视域下的第三次分配要体现分配正义,第三次分配须着眼于均衡而不是平均,“富而教之”是第三次分配内化为道德自律的重要路径。儒家义利观强调社会的整体利益,把整体利益置于个人利益之上。“以人民为中心的发展思想”和共同富裕思想是对“大同”社会理想和儒家义利观的传承性创新,高质量发展是实现共同富裕的系统性路径,高质量发展和共同富裕彰显了“以人民为中心的发展思想”。
