中国共产党领导中医药文化传承和创新的百年历程与展望

The Centennial Course and Prospect of the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党自成立以来,坚持把为人民群众谋福祉作为奋斗目标,不断探索中医药文化传承和创新途径,为人类文化事业作出重要贡献。新中国成立以后,我国中医药文化发展的脉络可以通过党的全国性卫生大会和中医药大会展现出来。新中国成立前党的代表大会和新中国成立后的中医药相关大会,大体立足国家资源、政党价值观和人民诉求这三重关系,相继发布了一系列决策文件,推动中医药文化走过了以1921年、1949年、1978年、2009年为节点的四个阶段的发展历程。中国共产党领导中医药文化建设发展之路凸显了党执政为民和中医药保障人民生命健康价值内核的内在统一,对中医药文化传承与创新辩证规律的遵循,并提供了中医药文化“走出去”的制度保障。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it has adhered to the goal of striving for the well-being of the people,constantly explored ways to inherit and innovate traditional Chinese medicine culture,and made important contributions to human cultural undertakings.After the founding of new China,the context of Chinese medicine culture development can be shown through the party's National Health Conference and Chinese medicine conference.By combing the decision-making documents of the party's Congress before the founding of new China and the conference related to traditional Chinese medicine after the founding of new China,and based on the analysis of the triple relationship between national resources,party values and people's demands,the development history of traditional Chinese medicine culture is divided into four stages with 1921,1949,1978 and 2009 as the nodes.The CPC's leadership in the construction and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture highlights the internal unity of the party's governance for the people and the value core of traditional Chinese medicine to protect people's life and health,follows the dialectical law of traditional Chinese medicine culture inheritance and innovation,and provides institutional guarantee for the going out of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
