文化艺术一直是意识形态的主战场,而新帝国主义的意识形态通过各种媒介和各种形式控制着全球的文化艺术领域,长此以往,无论是文化安全、舆论安全,还是艺术发展、文化思想的发展,发展中国家都会受到根本性的威胁。同时,随着新帝国主义文化殖民和意识形态控制的加深,以美国文化为核心的西方文化艺术价值标准体系已经成为中国实现道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和文化自信的主要障碍之一,因此夺取国际文化艺术价值标准体系的主导权迫在眉睫。当下需要从几个方面重新审视艺术的规律、重新定义艺术的原则和标准、重新对艺术价值标准进行阐释,重建以马克思主义中国化的美学精神为核心的美学思想和研究体系,从而推动世界文化的迭代发展。此为中华文化复兴的应有之本旨,也是人类历史发展的必然,更是当今时代赋予中华民族的使命。

Culture and art has always been a key battleground of ideology,and the new imperialism ideology is controlling the global field of culture and art through various media and forms.In the long run,developing countries will be threatened fundamentally whether in cultural and public opinion security,or art and cultural ideas development.At the same time,with new imperialist colonial culture and ideological control deepening,western culture and art value standard system with American culture as the core in China has become the main obstacle to confidence in culture,theory,road and system,therefore seizing control of international cultural and artistic value standard system is imminent.At present,it is necessary to re-examine the rules of art,redefine the principles and standards of it,and re-explain the standards of art value from several aspects,so as to rebuild the aesthetic thought and research system centered on the Aesthetic spirit of Marxism sinicization,and promote the iterative development of world culture.This is the inherent purpose of Chinese culture rejuvenation,the inevitable development of human history,and the mission entrusted to the Chinese nation by the present era.
