新时代中国马克思主义史学的文化使命——“五四”新文化运动以来的历史考察

The Cultural Mission of Marxist Historiography in the New Era——Historical Investigation since the May 4th New Culture Movement

"五四"新文化运动以来,中国一代又一代马克思主义史家围绕"史学救国"这个历史主题,把马克思主义唯物史观与中国历史实际相结合进行历史研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果,鼓舞了中国人民的斗志,积累了丰富的经验。党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,文化自信目标的实现对新时代中国马克思主义史学提出了新的要求,我们需要积极吸收借鉴过去的历史经验。一方面,随着新时代我国社会主要矛盾的转化,人民对美好生活的需要理所应当包括对反映时代特征的历史研究成果的需要,这就对中国的马克思主义史学提出了新的更高的要求,那就是要由"史学救国"向"史学强国"转变,讲好中国故事,提升中国在国际社会的话语权;另一方面,优秀的马克思主义史学研究成果也会鼓舞人民的斗志,鼓舞广大人民积极为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而奋斗,进而实现中国马克思主义史学在新时代的文化使命。

Since the May 4th New Culture Movement,generations of Chinese Marxist historians have carried out historical research on the historical theme of"saving the nation by historiography",combining M arxist historical materialism with Chinese historical reality,and have achieved fruitful research results,inspired the Chinese people’s fighting spirit and accumulated rich experience.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a New Era The realization of the goal of cultural self-confidence has put forward new requirements for Chinese Marxist historiography in the New Era.We need to actively absorb and learn from the past historical experience.On the one hand,with the transformation of the main social contradictions in our country in the New Era,the people’s need for a better life should include the need for historical research results reflecting the characteristics of the times,which puts forward new and higher requirements for Chinese Marxist historiography,that is,to transform from"saving the country by historiography"to"strengthening the country by historiography",to tell Chinese stories well,and to enhance China’s role in the international community.On the other hand,the excellent research results of Marxist historiography will also inspire the people to fight for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and realize the cultural mission of Chinese M arxist historiography in the New Era.
