摘要
重介质分选是我国煤炭分选的主要方法,介质系统是其核心环节。详细介绍了选煤厂重介悬浮液的组成和重介质的选择与制备、储存添加方式以及循环回收系统。总结了有压入料方式混料桶、脱介环节和智能重介系统的设计要点。结合生产实践,分析了重介系统容易出现的问题,包括:重介悬浮液失稳,选前脱泥工艺选择,重介旋流器分选效果差,以及介质和煤泥的粒度组成对分选效果的影响等,最后提出了相应的解决办法,并给出了选煤厂降低介质消耗应采取的措施。
Heavy medium separation is the main coal separation method in China,and the medium system is the core link.This composition of the heavy medium suspension,and the selection and preparation of the heavy medium,the storage and addition methods and the recycling system in coal preparation plant are introduced in detail,the problems and solutions of the heavy medium system in the actual production are summarized.Based on production practice,the problems that are prone to occur in the heavy medium system are analyzed,including:instability of the heavy medium suspension,selection of preseparation desliming process,poor separation effect of the heavy medium cyclone,and the impact of the particle size composition of the medium and coal slime on the separation effect,and the corresponding solutions are given.Finally,the measures for reducing medium consumption in coal preparation plants are provided.
