新疆煤炭资源开发影响因素分析及评价体系研究

Analysis and evaluation system on influence factors of coal resource development in Xinjiang

在新疆依托资源优势推动地区经济发展的背景下,新疆煤炭资源开发引起了煤炭企业的高度关注。在详细分析新疆煤炭资源开发现状的基础上,归纳总结当前影响资源开发的政策条件、资源赋存条件、生态环境、外运条件和区域市场等因素。结合多方面影响因素,构建包涵1个一级指标、5个2级指标、17个三级指标的资源开发条件评价体系,通过评价结果可以对不同区域的多块资源进行初选,针对目标项目再进行详细研究以支撑项目投资决策。

Against the backdrop of relying on resource advantages to promote regional economic development in Xinjiang Autonomous Region,the development of coal resources in Xinjiang has attracted high attention from coal enterprises.Based on a detailed analysis of the current situation of coal resource development in Xinjiang,we summarize the policy conditions,resource occurrence conditions,ecological environment,transportation conditions,and regional markets that currently affect resource development.Combining multiple influencing factors,a resource development condition evaluation system is constructed including 1 first level indicator,5 second level indicators,and 17 third level indicators.Through the evaluation results,multiple resources in different regions can be preliminarily selected,and detailed research can be conducted on the target project to support project investment decisions.
