8.8 m超大采高工作面提高开机率方案探索与应用

摘要 以上湾煤矿12402超大采高综采工作面为背景,针对工作面投产后出现的开机率较低严重制约工作面高产高效的难题,经过关联图分析得出检修不到位、工程质量管控不到位、组织协调不到位是制约工作面开机率的三大因素。进一步确认得出检修不到位、工程质量管控不到位是重要因素,并应对这两大重要因素提出做好矿压预测、预煤层走势、完善设备检修标准、制定重点检修项目等解决方案。方案实施后,开机率显著提升,为企业带来巨大经济效益。 Taking the 12402 super-high fully mechanized working face of Shangwan Coal Mine as the background,aiming at the problem that the low operation rate seriously restricts the high production and high efficiency mining,through the analysis of the correlation diagram,it was concluded that the maintenance,the project quality control,and the organization and coordination were not in place,which were the three factors restricting the operation rate.It was also confirmed that the maintenance and engineering quality control are the crucial factors.And to deal with that,it was proposed to enhance mine pressure prediction,predict the strike of coal seam,improve equipment maintenance standards,develop key maintenance projects.After the implementation of the scheme,the operation rate was significantly improved,bringing huge economic benefits for the enterprise.
