摘要
为了解决矿井在开采浅埋深易自燃复合煤层下分层综放工作面时所面临的自然发火问题,以神府东胜煤田活鸡兔矿井复合区为例,采用SF6气体示踪技术分析了回采工作面漏风规律。同时结合复合煤层开采的基本情况,详细分析了复合区下分层开采时自然发火的原因,并提出了有效的火灾应急处理措施,得出了浅埋深易自燃复合煤层下分层综放工作面火灾防治经验,有效保证了矿井工作面的安全生产。
In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in the long wall top-coal caving face of lower slice in shallow-buried spontaneously combustible composite coal seams,taking a mine complex area in the Shenfu-Dongsheng coal field as an example,SF6gas tracing technology was used to analyze the law of air leakage in the working face.At the same time,combining with the basic situation of composite coal seam mining,the reasons for spontaneous combustion during mining under the composite zone were analyzed in detail,and effective fire emergency treatment measures were put forward.Finally,the experience was obtained for fire prevention and control in fully mechanized top-coal caving under shallow and flammable composite coal seam,and safe production of the working face is ensured.
