煤矿智能带式输送机运输系统关键技术综述 被引量:4

摘要 围绕平硐式开采的井工煤矿运输系统存在的问题,分别阐述煤矿智能带式输送机运输系统的六大关键技术,即集中智能控制技术、智能数据监测技术、智能巡检技术、井下煤仓智能放煤技术、智能煤仓进煤技术以及其他智能技术。其中集中智能控制技术涉及胶带起停控制、运行监控、变频调速等技术;井下煤仓智能放煤以及智能煤仓刮板进煤等技术,则是将主运输系统需要人员的岗位彻底减掉。煤矿智能带式输送机运输系统采用温度振动在线监测系统、钢丝绳芯带面在线检测系统、视频智能识别与分析系统、带式输送机及变电所温度监控系统的智能数据监测技术与智能巡检等技术,实时有效的监管主运输系统的运行状态。该通过基于多信息集中整合、智能感知、多参量数据提炼等智能化技术,可实现在线故障诊断预警、及时发现隐患、减员提效等功能。 Aiming at the problems in the transportation system of underground coal mine with adit mining,six key technologies of the intelligent belt main transportation system of coal mine are described.That is,centralized intelligent control technology,intelligent data monitoring technology,intelligent patrol technology,underground coal bunker intelligent coal drawing technology,intelligent coal bunker feeding technology and other intelligent technologies,among which the centralized intelligent control technology involves belt start stop control,operation monitoring,frequency conversion speed regulation and other technologies.The intelligent coal drawing technology of underground coal bunker and the scraper coal feeding technology of intelligent coal bunker are to completely eliminate the posts required by the main transportation system.The online monitoring system of temperature vibration,the online detection system of wire rope core belt surface,the online detection system of wire rope core belt surface,the video intelligent identification and analysis system,the intelligent data monitoring technology and intelligent patrol inspection technology of the belt conveyor and substation temperature monitoring system are used to effectively monitor the operation status of the main transportation system in real time.Through intelligent technologies based on multi information centralized integration,intelligent perception,multi parameter data extraction,the use of human labor is reduced in the main transport system posts,faults can be diagnosed online and warned early,and hidden dangers can be timely found,realizing unattended operation of the main transportation system.
