摘要
针对下沟煤矿ZF303孤岛工作面推采期间运输平巷围岩破碎严重且变形速度快,致使现场支护困难的工程难题,采用现场试验方法对初期支护条件下围岩破坏规律进行了松动圈探测,采用理论分析方法对工作面推采至初次来压和“见方”期间的“非等宽煤柱”承载能力进行了理论分析,并根据分析结果设计了“锚注加固”的围岩控制方案。研究结果表明:围岩内部0~2m段为一般破碎区,2~4m段为裂隙发育区,4~10m段为完整区;工作面推采至不同区域,“非等宽煤柱”应力承载值不同,且煤柱尺寸在逐渐减小,承载能力降低。“锚注加固”围岩控制方案现场应用结果表明,平巷围岩变形量显著降低,有效地维持了巷道的稳定性。
In view of the engineering problem that the surrounding rock of the transport roadway in the ZF303 island working face of Xiagou Coal Mine of Shaanxi Huabin Group was seriously broken and deformed rapidly during the mining advance,which made the on-site support difficult,the field test method was used to detect the loose circle of the surrounding rock deterioration under the initial support condition,and the theoretical analysis method was used to analyze the bearing capacity of the“unequal width pillar”from the mining advancing to the initial weighting and“square”period of the working face.According to the analysis results,the surrounding rock control scheme of“anchor grouting reinforcement”is designed.The research results show that the 0~2 m section in the surrounding rock is a general fracture area,the 2~4 m section is a fracture development area,and the 4~10 m section is a complete area;when the working face advanced to different areas,the stress bearing value of unequal width coal pillar is different,and the size of coal pillar is gradually decreasing,and the bearing capacity is decreasing.After the application of the surrounding rock control scheme of bolt-grouting reinforcement,the surrounding rock deformation of the drift is significantly reduced,and the roadway stability is maintained.
