摘要 选煤厂设计多采用二维设计模式,导致大部分选煤厂没有BIM模型资产积累。通过搭建BIM协同设计平台,将三维协同建模理念应用到基于设计图纸的选煤厂BIM模型重建工作中,研究出一套高效率高质量选煤厂BIM模型重建模式,解决设计建设阶段选煤厂BIM模型重建中存在的工作开展难、配合难、碰撞多等影响建模效率和建模质量的问题,适用于BIM碰撞检查、运维管理等应用需求,从而在设计施工阶段需要建立BIM模型的工程项目中应用。 The design of coal preparation plants mostly adopts two-dimensional design mode,resulting in no BIM model asset accumulation in most coal preparation plants.By building a BIM collaborative design platform,the concept of three-dimensional collaborative modeling was applied to the BIM model reconstruction of coal preparation plants based on design drawings,and a set of BIM model reconstruction mode of coal preparation plants with high efficiency and high quality was studied,to solve the problems that affect the modeling efficiency and quality in the BIM model reconstruction of coal preparation plant in the design and construction stage,such as difficult work development,difficult cooperation and many collisions.It is suitable for engineering projects with demands for BIM collision inspection,operation and maintenance management,which requires to establish BIM model.
