摘要 为减轻空压机房巡检人员的劳动强度、及时处理机房突发状况,通过分析煤矿空压机的功能和使用环境,设计了由基于PLC的远程监控系统和自主巡检机器人系统组成的空压机房无人值守智能巡检系统。介绍了系统的总体设计方案和系统架构,又分别介绍了无人值守系统和智能巡检系统的硬件设计和软件设计。该系统的应用,实现了空压机的远程控制、多台空压机联动与自动轮换、机器人定时自动巡检,取消了现场值班制度,节省用电量大约40%,有效避免了大功率设备同时启动导致的超负荷问题。 In order to liberate the staff from the strong noise environment,by analyzing the function and environment of the coal mine air compressor room,an air compressor room is designed,composed of a PLC-based remote monitoring system and an autonomous inspection robot system.The overall design scheme and system architecture of the system are introduced,and the hardware design and software design of the unattended system and the intelligent inspection system are introduced respectively.The application of this system has realized the remote control of air compressors,the linkage and automatic rotation of multiple air compressors,the regular and automatic inspection of robots,so the personnel stand-by system can be canceled.The electricity consumption is saved by about 40%,and the overload caused by simultaneous startup of high-power equipment is avoided.
