摘要 粗煤泥的高效分选一直是选煤厂技术管理追求的目标,通过分析同忻煤矿选煤厂TBS尾煤性质,针对磨后煤泥浮选精煤回收率低的问题,采用高速调浆浮选、选择性絮凝浮选以及"一粗一精"两段浮选三种工艺分别对浮选过程进行强化。结果表明,随着磨矿时间的增加,适宜浮选的0.045~0.125mm粒度级产率在15min时达到峰值54.43%;TBS尾煤磨矿后常规浮选精煤产率较低,仅为28.73%,采用上述三种改进工艺分别使精煤产率提高至33.79%、37.25%和37.04%;但三种改进工艺具有各自的缺点,比如增加或者更换设备、药剂消耗增加等,需要根据实际生产情况进行工艺选择。 The high-efficiency separation of coarse slime has always been the goal of the technical management of coal preparation plant.Aiming at the low recovery rate of clean coal in post-grinding flotation,according to the properties of TBS tailings in Tongxin Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant,high-speed pulp conditioning flotation,selective flocculation flotation,and a roughing-cleaning two-stage flotation are used respectively to strengthen the flotation process.The results show that,as grinding time increases,the yield of 0.045~0.125 mm particle size fraction suitable for flotation reaches its peak of 54.43%at 15 minutes;the clean coal yield in conventional flotation of ground TBS tailings only 28.73%,which can be enhanced using the above three processes to 33.79%,37.25%,and 37.04%,respectively;while the three flotation strengthening processes have their own shortcomings,such as adding or replacing equipment,increasing agents consumption,which need to be adjusted according to specific situation in production.
