Intelligent scheme of coal slime water pressure filtration

压滤是选煤厂的重要工艺环节之一。文章总结了当前选煤厂使用较多的几种压滤机的优缺点,针对存在的主要问题提出通过智能化控制方案解决的可能性,同时简要概述了压滤系统智能化控制核心检测技术的现状。在此基础上,基于哈尔乌素选煤厂现状提出了压滤工段智能化建设的初步方案。

Pressure filtration is an important link in coal preparation process.The advantages and disadvantages of several pressure filters currently used in coal preparation plants are summarized,and the possibility of solving the main problems through intelligent control schemes are analyzed.At the same time,the status quo of core detection technology of intelligent control for the pressure filtration system is outlined.On this basis,according to the current situation of Harwusu Coal Preparation Plant,a preliminary plan for the intelligent construction of pressure filtration link is proposed.
