摘要
针对带式输送机运煤过程中难以实现速度精确控制、存在能量损耗的问题,在考虑跑偏因素的情况下,研究了基于三角面积累积法和面元积分的煤量激光检测方法,通过研究二维激光雷达测量原理,基于三角面积累积法和面元积分原理,构建了激光雷达煤量检测计算模型,设计了考虑胶带跑量的煤量检测实验方法。通过现场试验分别研究了考虑跑偏因素的煤量激光检测方法与未考虑跑偏的煤量激光检测方法的测量精度,实验结果表明,考虑了跑偏因素的检测方法检测精度提高了6.5%。该方法可以提高煤矿带式输送机运煤量实时测量精度。
Aiming at the difficulties in accurate speed control and energy loss control in belt conveyor coal transportation,considering the belt disalignment,the two-dimensional laser radar measurement method of coal quantity is proposed based on triangular area accumulation method and area integral,and a lidar coal quantity detection and calculation model is constructed.An experimental method for coal quantity measuring considering the belt disalignment is designed.According to the field test,measurement accuracy of the proposed laser radar detection considering disalignment is 6.5%higher than that without considering disalignment.
