摘要
为了解决露天矿区重型卡车频繁相撞的难题,准能黑岱沟露天矿利用RF射频无线通讯、卫星定位、声光报警等技术,研发了车辆防撞预警系统,分析了系统的设计方法和工艺流程,介绍了系统的总体设计方案,并开发设计了卡车防撞软件。结果表明,通过在车辆遇到障碍物时及时预警,避免车辆相撞事故,保障了运输过程中的人车安全,可以为矿区的安全生产提供可靠的依据和保障。
In order to solve the problem of frequent collisions of heavy trucks in open-pit mining areas,a vehicle anti-collision pre-warning system is developed using RF radio frequency wireless communication,satellite positioning,sound and light alarm and other technologies,which is applied in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine.The design method of the system and the process flow are analyzed,overall design of the system is introduced,and truck anti-collision software is developed and designed.The results show that,early warning when vehicles encounter obstacles,vehicle collisions can be avoided,and the safety of people and vehicles during transportation can be ensured,providing a reliable basis and guarantee for safe production in mining areas.
