数字化料仓管理系统的设计及其在哈尔乌素选煤厂的应用

Design and application of digital coal bunker management system

为了促进煤仓的数字化管理,提升产品配煤的煤质稳定和配煤效率,介绍了一套自动化监测的数字料仓管理系统,并对煤仓的结构设计和运行工况构建三维离散元模型进行了研究分析,实现煤炭数字料仓管理系统的应用,使得仓内散体物料的质量分布、堆积形态实现数字化、可视化。结果表明对于料仓内的煤质进行实时的监控,通过数字化的展示手段,为生产的煤炭入仓配仓工作提供直观的判断依据,为配煤提供了精确的数据基础,有效保证了煤产品的品质要求。

In order to promote the digital management of coal bunker,improve the stability of coal quality and efficiency of coal blending,an automatic monitoring digital bunker management system is designed,and the structure design and operation conditions of coal bunker are analyzed to build a three-dimensional discrete element model,and realize the application of coal digital bunker management system,thus to digitalize and visualize the quality distribution and accumulation of bulk materials in the bunker.The results show that the real-time monitoring and digital display of the coal quality,provides intuitive judgment basis for the coal warehousing and blending,and offers accurate data for coal blending,which ensures the quality of coal products.
