摘要
为了实现露天矿车辆遇到障碍物时能够及时预警,有效避免了车辆相撞事故,研究了露天矿车辆无盲区防撞预警系统,该系统采用了卫星定位技术和无线射频技术等多项先进技术,实现了超速管理、防瞌睡、毫米波雷达等多项功能,特别是在车辆防撞预警、轨迹纠偏、防瞌睡预警等方面具有先进、成熟的技术,结合图像分析实现预警预控,为露天矿企业的安全生产提供了有力的技术支持和保障。
In order to realize the timely warning of open-pit vehicles when they encounter obstacles, and effectively avoid vehicle collision accidents, a non-blind-area anti-collision pre-warning system for open-pit vehicles is developed using satellite positioning technology and radio frequency technology, which realizes speeding management, drowsiness warning, millimeter wave radar, etc. Especially, advanced and mature technologies are used in vehicle anti-collision warning, trajectory correction, drowsiness warning, to achieve early warning and pre-control combining with image analysis. The technology provides strong technical support and guarantee for the safe production of open-pit mining enterprises.
