轨道式输送带巡检机器人设计与应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 带式输送机在井下运行环境非常恶劣,使用中常会出现故障,如果未能及早发现故障,则会造成运输事故。现阶段对轨道式输送带巡检采用的人工巡检和远程监控方法,不同程度地存在工作量大、成本高等弊端。为解决上述问题文章通过把轨道式输送机巡检机器人为研究对象,查阅现有研究成果,通过分析轨道式输送机巡检机器人系统的设计方案,进行系统化梳理,全面分析各个系统的设计且完成了系统的调试安装,并使用巡检机器人完成了测温、声音及M31机头固定测温和输送机煤量及跑偏大数据采集及预警模型测试。 Due to environmental influences,belt conveyors often fail during operation.If it is not discovered early,the operation failure will continue to expand,and the transportation accident will be immeasurable.The manual inspection and remote monitoring methods adopted at this stage have various disadvantages such as large workload and high cost.In order to solve the above problems,the rail-mounted belt inspection robot is studied.Design plan of the rail-mounted belt inspection robot system is systematically studied,the design of each sub-system is comprehensively analyzed.After system debugging and installation,the temperature measurement,sound measurement,fixed temperature measurement of the M31 nose of the inspection robot are completed,and large data collection and early warning model of belt coal quantity and deviation are tested.
