摘要
为解决华烨煤矿4301工作面轨道平巷掘进后顶板大面积下沉问题,采用现场调查、理论分析和数值模拟方法研究了巷道失稳的变形特征,分析了不同支护方案下的围岩屈服强度、垂直应力以及顶板垂直位移变化情况。结果表明:棚式支护结构对顶板具有有效的围岩承载能力,确定了以高强预应力锚杆支护为基础、辅以间距为2m的"11#工字钢+单体液压支柱"钢棚式主动支护方案。工程试验证实,该支护方案效果良好,有效控制了围岩变形,解决了顶板下沉问题,并节省了生产投资,提高了企业经济效益。
Aiming at the large-scale roof subsidence after the tunneling of 4301 working face of Huaye Coal Mine,the deformation characteristics of the roadway instability are studied by field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The surrounding rock yield strength,vertical stress and vertical displacement of the roof under different support schemes are analyzed.The results show that the shed-type supporting structure has effective surrounding rock bearing capacity for the roof,and the active steel shed type support scheme based on high-strength pre-stressed anchor support is determined using 11#I-beam and single hydraulic prop with the spacing of 2 m.The engineering test confirmed that the scheme had a good effect,effectively controlled the surrounding rock deformation,solved the problem of roof subsidence,saved production investment and improved the economic benefits of the enterprise.
