摘要 为了防止矿井水及瓦斯灾害影响矿井的安全生产,理清可行性研究报告编制中对于矿井水文地质类型和瓦斯等级确定中存在的一些模糊概念,根据相关规定要求及设计经验,研究了可行性研究报告中矿井水文地质类型和瓦斯等级的确定方法,即:矿井可行性研究报告中在确定矿井水文地质类型时应将井田地质勘探报告中的矿井水文地质勘查类型和预测的矿井涌水量为基础,对比《煤矿防治水细则》的规定确定矿井水文地质类型;非突出矿井的瓦斯等级的确定多数情况下应根据《矿井瓦斯涌出量预测方法》,采用分源预测法计算出任一掘进、采煤工作面和全矿井的瓦斯涌出量,对比《煤矿瓦斯等级鉴定办法》规定的高、低瓦斯矿井划分标准确定矿井瓦斯等级。 In order to protect the coal mine safe production from the influence of mine water and gas disasters,and clarify some vague concepts in the determination of mine hydrogeological types and gas levels in the feasibility study report.According to the relevant requirements and design experience,the determination method is studied for mine hydrogeological type and gas level in the feasibility study report,that is,when determining the mine hydrogeological type,the mine hydrogeological survey type in the mine field geological survey report and the predicted mine water inflow should be used as basis,the mine hydrological and geological type should be determined in accordance with the provisions of the"Details for the Water Prevention and Control in Coal Mines".In most cases,the determination of the gas level of non-outburst mines should accord with the"Prediction Methods for Mine Gas Emission",using sub-source prediction method to calculate the gas emission in any tunneling face,working face and the whole mine,and comparing the emission data with the high and low gas mine classification standards in the"Measures for the Evaluation of Coal Mine Gas Levels".
