Research on cooperation strategy of clean coal development and utilization along “the Belt and Road”

在世界煤炭生产和消费重心的"一带一路"国家开展煤炭领域合作,是新时期煤炭产业发展的重要命题。通过对"一带一路"国家煤炭开发利用方面优劣势的比较与合作潜力的分析,认为我国与"一带一路"沿线国家在煤炭清洁开发利用领域具有广泛的合作空间。可按照差异化目标等策略,重点与俄罗斯、印度、巴基斯坦、哈萨克斯坦等沿线国家,开展技术装备、煤炭贸易、工程承包与劳务服务、资源开发与转化等四个领域的合作。

It is an important proposition for the development of coal industry in the new era to develop coal cooperation in"the Belt and Road"countries as the center of world coal production and consumption.Through the comparison of the advantages,disadvantages and the potential of cooperation in the development and utilization of coal in the"the Belt and Road"countries,it is believed that China has extensive cooperation space with the countries along"the Belt and Road"in the field of clean coal development and utilization.According to the principle of differentiation target,we can focus on cooperation with Russia,India,Pakistan,Kazakhstan and other countries along"the Belt and Road"in four areas:technology and equipment,coal trade,engineering contracting and labor services,coal development and transformation.
