高浓度充填料浆在垂直三通管路中的流动阻力研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据全尾砂制备的高浓度充填料浆获取实验参数,利用Fluent数值模拟软件,对充填料浆在垂直三通管中的两种流动方式进行了模拟。根据充填料浆的速度与压力分布云图,分析了管道的局部与沿程阻力损失,通过数值计算得出了两种方式的下管道的局部阻力系数并分析其变化的原因,该研究对矿山的充填管路设计具有一定的指导意义。 According to the high-concentration filling slurry prepared by the whole tailings,the experimental parameters were obtained,and the Fluent numerical simulation software was used to simulate the two flow modes of the filling slurry in the vertical three-way pipe.According to the velocity and pressure distribution of the filling slurry,the local and the resistance loss of the pipeline are analyzed.The local resistance coefficient of the two pipelines is obtained by numerical calculation and the reasons for the change are analyzed.The research has certain guiding significance for mine filling pipeline design.
