煤样瓦斯多次充气吸附过程温度变化规律

摘要 为了进一步地揭示煤体瓦斯吸附过程中的温度变化规律,设计完善了瓦斯吸附过程温度测试系统,利用该系统对瓦斯进行多次充气吸附平衡过程中的煤体温度变化规律进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,煤体瓦斯吸附过程是一个放热过程,温度随时间的变化呈对数函数关系式。单次充气时,充气压力差越大,温度上升梯度越大;多次充气吸附时,温度变化不仅受到压力差的影响,还受吸附速率的影响。吸附过程温度变化与吸附速率变化一致,吸附速率越大,温度上升越快。该研究对于了解瓦斯与煤体之间作用机理以及对瓦斯突出预测预报具有较好的参考价值。 In order to further reveal the law of temperature variation in the process of coal gas adsorption,the temperature measurement system for the process of gas adsorption was designed and perfected.The experimental results show that the gas adsorption process of coal is an exothermic process,and the temperature changes with time in a manner of logarithmic function.In single charge of gas,the higher the pressure difference,the higher the temperature rise.In multiple charge of gas,the temperature change is affected not only by pressure difference,but also by adsorption rate.The temperature change in the adsorption process is positively correlated with the adsorption rate,and the change is consistent.The change of temperature is consistent with the change of adsorption rate in the process of adsorption,the higher the adsorption rate,the faster the temperature rises.
