认知神经科学对美感研究的启示——神经美学研究初探

The Inspiration of Cognitive Neuroscience for the Study of Aesthetic Emotion:A Preliminary Study on Zeki’s Neuroaesthetics

美感是一个涉及个体心理、社会文化和人类历史等多学科领域的美学基本问题。无论如何,个体心理是美感问题的重要前提和生理基础。随着心理学研究的不断取得进展,特别是脑神经科学技术的发展,运用新技术观察审美状态下的神经活动已经不是一项遥不可及的目标。近二十年来,西方美学沿袭西方实证美学的基本精神,运用神经科学研究美学基本问题取得了许多新成果。其中,具有代表性的是英国伦敦大学学院的泽基及其神经美学研究。通过评介泽基运用神经科学分析哲学美学问题取得的成果,以及运用哲学美学和艺术作品启迪神经科学研究实例,有助于在泽基以真析美和以美启真的互动模式下,探索神经美学对于我国当前美感研究的启示。由此,马克思关于"美的规律"的学说将在"内部规律"的科学原理方面得以推进,同时"内部规律"和"外部规律"的相互作用关系也将逐步剥揭出来。

Aesthetic emotion is a basic phenomenon relating to individual psychology,social culture,and human history.There is no doubt that individual psychology is an important premise and biological basis of aesthetics.Along with the achievements made in the fields of psychology-especially in neuroscience-observing neural activation during aesthetic activities has become possible.In the last twenty years,following the spirit of empirical aesthetics,western aesthetics research has utilized neuroscience to study essential aesthetic issues and made remarkable achievements.Professor Semir Zeki of UCL was a leading scholar in this field.Zeki’s work is introduced and evaluated in this paper.His idea of analyzing aesthetics through neuroscience and enlightening neuroscience with aesthetics is a great inspiration to research on Chinese aesthetic emotion.
