脱钩:现代性修辞、殖民性逻辑与去殖民性语法

Delinking:The Rhetoric of Modernity,the Logic of Coloniality and the Grammar of De-coloniality

"现代性"的黑暗面是对"殖民性"的不断复制。通过对空间性殖民差异的建构,掩盖非理性神话,即殖民性逻辑。现代性修辞创造出了一种差异叙事,将资本主义者对土地的征用、对劳动力的剥削以及将财富集中到少数人手中变得合法化。要将现代性修辞从殖民性逻辑之中脱钩出来,就要进行知识的去殖民化,从殖民权力矩阵脱钩,并转向全球化和多样性工程。基于奎杰罗的脱钩工程理念,法农的"他者"意识和"受苦难的人"的概念,安扎尔多瓦的边界概念,以及对霍克海默的批判理论的超越,本文试图构建一种不同的知识型基础,即,知识和理解的地理政治和身体政治,并进而指出:从殖民性的批判意识视角以及知识的地理政治和身体政治内部来重新书写全球历史,是创造出现代性和新自由主义文明的替代性方案的一种可能性。

The darker side of"modernity"is the constant reproduction of"coloniality."Through the construction of the spatial colonial difference and concealment of the irrational myth or the logic of coloniality,the rhetoric of modernity has created a narrative of difference.It implements capitalist appropriation of land,exploits labor and accumulates wealth in fewer hands.To delink the rhetoric of modernity from the logic of coloniality,there must be a de-colonial epistemic shift from the colonial matrix of power,leading to pluri-versality as a universal project.Drawing on Quijano’s idea of the project of de-linking,Fanon’s"an-other"consciousness and the notion of the"damnes,"Anzaldua’s concept of borderland,and in going beyond the point of Horkheimer’s critical theory,this paper attempts to construct a different type of epistemological grounding,i.e.,the geo-and body-politics of knowledge and understanding.It argues that the re-writing of global history from the perspective and critical consciousness of coloniality and from within geo and body-political knowledge provides a possibility for creating alternatives to modernity and neoliberal civilization.
